Amy was a fantastic buyer’s agent for my husband and me. She got to know us so well that when she saw a newly listed property on an agent caravan, she immediately told us, “I think this is a great house for you.” We were initially reluctant to see the house because of its list price. We selected Amy without having had any experience with her. We had only read reviews and were impressed. We met her on a trip to Jax Beach and immediately liked her and felt she knew the market and her business. We bought our condo in 2009 from a Corporate relo company. We were prepared to go in with an offer. Amy suggested something slightly lower and she saved us $10K. We live full time in Atlanta so were not always able to be there for inspections, appraisals, etc. She took care of it all. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
